Former Minister Anand Singh suddenly resigned from the post of Chairman of Bellary District Cooperative Central Bank on Saturday, which has come under severe criticism in the political circle.

Anand Singh, who was the chairman during the bank's centenary year, has submitted his resignation and the resignation letter is currently circulating everywhere.
